  1. I taught English as a foreign language in Vienna for a year after I got my degree, but now work in the health sector. I’m interested in getting back into teaching English as a foreign language, but don’t currently have a CV. Can I still help or get involved?

  2. I am a retired high school teacher. I taught IB and AP Social Studies in Palmdale, Ca. for 15 years and have a currently valid California Teacher’s Certificate…I lived in Sao Pedro Da Aldeia, RJ for four years and am a permanent resident of Brazil and can legally work there. At present I live in California, but plan to return to Brazil soon.

  3. I’m definitely interested and will send my cover letter and CV resume on tomorrow. I also have my CPF.

    Obrigado

  4. I have dual citizenship – Brazilian and American – and have been a teacher for almost 20 years. I taught English as a foreign language in Brazil for about 9 years before I relocated to the US. I’m currently a 4th grade teacher in a self-contained setting in Oregon, where I’ve lived for the past 10 years. I hold an Oregon teaching license, but am also licensed in Rio de Janeiro as I graduated (English major) from UERJ and did some graduate work (also in education) at PUC. I plan on returning to Brazil soon and spend a few years there so that my 4-year-old twins learn their mother’s first language. I’m finishing my master’s program in reading and decided to start looking into teaching opportunities in Rio. Will be sending a cover letter and a resume soon.
