RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Jazz lovers in Rio have just gained a new reason to celebrate. Tonight, August 31st, the iconic Blue Note jazz club from New York officially opens its Carioca branch in Lagoa, the first in the Southern Hemisphere.
