PARTY:
Karaokê Indie @ Casa Da Matriz (Botafogo) – The fourth edition of Karaokê Indie is also the farewell to the Karaokê Indie Winter Season.
It’s the last edition for attendees to enjoy: eight hours of singing, DJs on two dancefloors with lots of pop and funk, Flamengo X Cruzeiro broadcast live! Plus three hours of double gin and tonics for the price of one.
Casa da Matriz opened more than 17 years ago and has a prominent place in the history of Rio’s nightlife, always representing the alternative world. There are two dance floors, two bars, pinball machines, crazy decoration and unconventional parties. For those who like to have fun, but do not want to give up thinking!
Tickets are R$10-R$25 and the evening begins at 9PM.

Liane Maya @ Sala Municipal Baden Powell (Copacabana) – Liane Maya lends her considerable vocal talents to one of the greatest songbooks of all time: The Beatles.
Expect hits like Golden Slumbers, Let it be, Eleanor Rigby, Sgt. Peppers, Don´t let me down, Darling, Help, and many more, reinvented with Maya’s jazzy vocals backed up by the arrangements of Alexandre Immianowsky, who takes inspiration from the bossa nova sounds that are uniquely Rio.
Tickets are between R$30-R$60 and the night begins at 7PM.

Pedigree Dogs @ Barzin (Ipanema) – An evening with a band who pump out classic rock and eighties pop guaranteed to get the crowd up and moving.
The Pedigree Dogs play songs by such hit-makers as Tears For Fears, Sting, Prince, Simply Red and many more.
Formed by Bruno Migliari (bass and vocals), Paulo Loureiro (vocals), Marcelinho da Costa – Drummer (drums and vocals), Gustavo Camardella (guitar and vocals) and Hiroshi Mizutani – all accomplished musicians who have played with the likes of Frejat, Paula Toller, Lulu Santos, Ed Motta, just to name a few.
Tickets are R$20 and the music will begin at 9PM.

Blue Agave (Ipanema)

Flashback (Ipanema)
Flashback is a high-end restaurant with plenty of classical music and photos decorating the walls. Tonight, between 7PM and 9PM the restaurant will serve a happy hour with two for one on caipivodkas and Stella Artois. The caipivodkas are made fresh with either lime, strawberry or passionfruit as well as additional herbs added in for a taste explosion.
