Saturday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – It’s time once again for the very best of dancehall, rap, afro, bass and more as the Dancehall Business party returns to La Paz in Centro for its fourth edition.
Three stages of DJs and performers will play during the night. MPC of Digitaldubs and Ambassdor of The Groov will spin on the Dancehall stage while DJs Edu Rio and Gabriel Marinho will spin on the second stage and Aori Sauthon will perform live. Additionally, on the terrace, GWAN and Cora Marinho Ateliê will perform and Street burguerZ will provide food
OTHER:
O Cluster (São Conrado)
Today and tomorrow the O Cluster fashion, food and arts fair will hold a special mini-edition in a house in the forest in Parque Nacional da Tijuca, São Conrado. Twenty-six brands will participate in this edition of the event. Twenty of the brands will offer the best of fashion and design, including Anouk Bags, Benta decorations, Flow accessories, and Insecta Shoes. The remaining brands will focus on gastronomy and include Amélia Gastrô, Baguel Store, Doce Predileto, L’eclair, and Namasté. Additionally during the fair, artists Chloé Le Prunennec, Sebá Tapajós, Marcelo Eco, and Marcel Serrano will present their works and DJs Ícaro dos Santos, Andrei Yurievitch, Nado Leal and guests Penoni and Bruno Eppinghaus will spin during the event.

Alessandra Leão (Ipanema)
Tonight singer-songwriter and percussionist Alessandra Leão will perform the second of two back-to-back live shows at Oi Futuro Ipanema. The shows are taking place after the recent release of Leão’s 2nd EP entitled, Aço. The EP is the second is Leão’s Pedra de Sal trilogy and the third EP is scheduled for release later this year. During the shows tonight and tomorrow, Guitarists Caçapa and Rafa Barreto, bassist Fábio Sá, percussionist Abuhl Jr and drummer and percussionist Gulherme Kastrup will accompany Leão.

The Pop Up Club is an exclusive project that will last for only six weeks this winter and will feature Friday and Saturday night parties in Lagoa. Tonight the Britânia party will celebrate the launch of the newest Florence + The Machine album, How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful. It’s time again for the best of pop, hip hop, rock, and house as the Hit Me party returns to Fosfobox in Copacabana tonight. DJs Polly, Ivy, and Ingrid Grundig will spin the best of hits, pop, hip hop, EDM and funk in the subsolo (basement), while Dig and Beto Costa will spin the best of World Hits and the best of Brazilian music at the Fosfobar. Eramus will also perform live. Additionally during the night there will be games of battleshots (like Battleship but with shots of Santa Dose) and promotions will include two-for-one specials on Jägermeister.
