Saturday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Rádio Black is celebrating their 3 year anniversary at Espaço Rampa in Botafogo. If you have not been to one of these parties, then you need to check yourself out. Rádio Black has been supporting and rocking floors and venues across Rio for the past 3 years in style, featuring all styles of funk including hip hop, lounge, breaks, funk n soul and pretty much everything else under the sun. Their roster of DJs in the past is all but impressive, and this edition lives up to its predecessor. Local hero DJ Pedro Piu switches to funk mode alongside DJ Rodney Ambassador and resident DJ LP. DJ Nicole Nandes will also be playing a back to back set with birthday boy Marco Sorriso. This party is held on the outdoor deck of Espaço Rampa, an amazing outdoor venue overlooking the Guanabara Bay.

Mostra Livre de Artes (Lapa)
In honor of their 30 year career of hosting the best and boldest events in Rio, Circo Voador presents Mostra Livre de Artes, a show/ exposition featuring artists, poets, films, bands and DJs. There is a complete program beginning with poetry followed by films both inside and outside and bands later on in the night. Full art expositions will be displayed as well.

Rádio Black – 3 Anos (Botafogo)
3 years of hip hop culture, funky beats and nothing but the best parties featuring hip hop, soul, funk, breaks and all things alike. Come celebrate with DJs Pedro Piu, DJ Rodney Ambassador and resident DJ LP. Also expect a special back to back set from DJ Nicole Nandes and Sorriso. This funky outdoor deck is not a visual you want to miss.

The evening begins with happy hour and full rhythm lounge. As the night progresses, DJs Cobra & José Roberto Mahr, and VJ Isa present new releases and classic remixes of indie rock, pop, new disco, club house and all the variations in between.
