lulusantosSunday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Brazilian MPB and rock singer and guitarist Lulu Santos returns to perform live at Citibank Hall in Barra da Tijuca tonight. This will be the second of his back-to-back shows this weekend at the venue.

Santos is well know for his songs that include “Tesouros da Juventude”, “De Repente Califórnia”, “Tempos modernos”, “Adivinha o quê”, and “Como uma Onda (Zen-surfismo)”, among others.

Santos is also well known for his work as a coach on The Voice Brasil.

The Cosme Velho Feijoada brings the best of samba, soccer (football) cold beer, caipirinha and feijoada to Zona Sul (South Zone) today from 12PM to 10PM. The group Morô Maria with Monarco will present a special roda de samba. Waiter service will be provided during the event.

Sundays are all about samba and soccer at Lapa’s Leviano bar.
