RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Among the more than eighty events taking place for Rio's 450th anniversary this year in March is also a free bus tour circulating between the city's various cultural institutions. The Circuito Cultural Rio Onibus will take place on two Sundays, March 22nd and March 29th.
