Help Wanted: Web Programming, HTML and Drupel CMS site

We have a project for a small software distributor, looking to develop a 125-150 page CMS site with some minor integration. The project is starting now and the Technology build and deployment will happen in August-September 21st. The creative team is part of an Agency in New York, the client is in Toronto, and I’ll be Producing the effort form Rio (e eu falo so um pouco portuguese).

Technology Deliverables include:
• Set-up of CMS system, support installation on Staging and Live environment
• Develop 10 Unique CMS Templates, i.e.:
— HTML for Home page, Second Level page, News page, Video page, Product description page, Bio page, etc.
— Integration of HTML with Drupel Templates
• Implementation of Social Media site tools (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, ShareThis/Email Send-to-a-Friend)
• Publishing of 10 pages as designed
— Content writing/editing provided by Creative team
• Creation of every page instance with placeholder content
— Following the Site Map, up to 125 pages
• Integration of Trial Software Download Application into new page design
— Working with Client Technology team to ensure integration works
• Integration of FAQ Application into new page design
— Working with Client Technology team to ensure integration works
• Develop 3 Forms, i.e.:
— Contact Us, Request a Quote, etc.
• Integration of Email Sign-Up Form
• Quality Assurance Testing
— Provide Testing Plan and Process
— Provide Testing, and Resolution Report

Help Wanted – Newsroom Intern

The Rio Times, Rio’s only local news source in English, is looking for a Intern to work 10 hours a week.

The position includes:
- Working directly with News Team to ensure deadlines are met
- Copy-edit (spelling, punctuation, grammar, links, etc)
- Formatting of stories in our online publishing system
- Assist in research for articles
- Identify rights-cleared photos

Requirements:
- Fluent English writing skills
- Home computer with Internet access
- Availability Monday and Tuesday afternoons (and a 3 month commitment)
- Attention to detail, willingness to work independently, and proactively

The position is unpaid, but after 3 months may lead to paid work as a Contributing Reporter.
