One has to crawl before you walk, and I believe this rail system, not only will benefit the growth of business partnerships between the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro business communities, but will expand and accelerate the development of the Costa Verde region in the southern part of the state of Rio de Janeiro between S.P. and Itaguaí, including Angra, Parati, Mangaratiba, Muriqui etc.  not to mention the port at Sepitiba

I pray that this project is completed on time, within budget and within specs, so that .......then the same model can be used in other regions throughout the country!!!
