RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Governor Paulo Câmara, member of the Brazilian Socialist Party (PSB), will be one of the speakers at the Climate Summit, to be held this month from September 23rd to 29th, in New York. He was invited by the United Nations (UN) and will be in charge of representing the Northeast.
