Brazil: agreement with Pfizer under negotiation for 100 million vaccine doses in 4th quarter

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The contract being negotiated between the Brazilian government and Pfizer provides for the delivery of 100 million doses of the Covid-19 vaccine in the fourth quarter this year, said Carlos Murillo, president of the North American pharmaceutical company for Latin America, in his testimony to the Senate Covid CPI (Investigative Committee) on Thursday.

Murillo also told the CPI that, in the negotiations for the contract now signed with the ministry - which provides for 100 million doses of the vaccine by the end of September - the pharmaceutical company had conversations with Ministry of Health and Ministry . . .
