RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – At least five banks will be auctioning 515 properties this month, with discounts ranging up to 70 percent. The properties on offer are villas, apartments, land, warehouses, rural areas and commercial buildings, both occupied and vacant.
The properties are located across Brazil, with opportunities in the following states: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Goiás, Bahia, Mato Grosso do Sul, Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso, Espírito Santo, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, Tocantins, Paraíba, Rio Grande do Norte, Roraima, Sergipe, Ceará, Maranhão, Pará, Piauí and Pernambuco.

There are 337 lots of different banks, such as Bradesco, Inter, Pan, Santander and Safra. Payment can be made in cash or in installments, depending on the chosen property.
The highest discount is awarded on a 71.82 square meter apartment in Salvador (BA), in the Rio Vermelho neighborhood. With two bedrooms, one suite and a parking space, the property’s market value is R$530,439.41, but will be auctioned on May 22nd for a minumum bid of R$154,864.42, at a 71 percent discount.
The average discount offered on properties is around 20 percent. This is the case of an apartment in the Pinheiros neighborhood, in São Paulo (SP), with 57.71 square meters and two bedrooms. Its market value is R$433,633.27 and it will be auctioned on May 20th for R$346,906.62.
In order to be part of negotiations and place bids on the properties, those interested should register on the Zukerman Auctions website, read the bid notice carefully and qualify for the auction. Once qualified, parties can place bids on the properties.
