Banks Auction Over 200 Properties at Discounts of up to 65 Percent

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Beginning 2020 with a new home is now possible with the real estate auctions promoted by banks all across Brazil. There are more than 200 properties, including houses, apartments, land and commercial areas, available for bidding through the Sold Auctions website.

Bids can be placed online until January 29th and initial offers range from R$39,000 (US$9.750) to R$4.5 million.

Properties are available in the states of Alagoas, Amazonas, Bahia, Ceará, Distrito Federal, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Pará, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina and São Paulo.

Santander Bank offers the largest number of properties, with an average discount of 44 percent, available between January 21st and 29th with easy payment conditions up to 420 months.

In Camaçari, Bahia, a house with two bedrooms and two suites, a parking space and 230 m² of land comes at R$144.112. In São Paulo, an apartment with two parking spaces and 115.66 m² has an initial price of R$306.337. The bank’s properties may be viewed through this link.

ABC Bank offers eight apartments in Aquiraz, Ceará, until January 17th. The properties are of the aparthotel model in the Palm Beach Residence development, located in Porto das Dunas. Inter Bank also offers properties until January 16th and 22nd. A 30 m² store in Rio das Ostras, Rio de Janeiro, comes at R$39,000, a 62 percent discount. Tribanco offers 12 properties by January 22nd. There are houses, apartments, commercial and rural properties with discounts of up to 58 percent and installment options. Distributed across five states, 15 properties were put up for auction sale by Pan Bank. The buyers have until January 24th to secure the auction.
