Banco do Brasil Sells One Thousand Properties at Up to 70 Percent Discount

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – During October Banco do Brasil (BB) is offering over a thousand properties for sale, both through auctions and direct sales, with up to 70 percent discount. There are 1,138 properties, among houses and apartments, ranging from R$25,000 (originally R$140,000) to R$51,100 , which are available on the BB’s ‘Seu Imóvel’ website.

With 403 properties, the Midwest stands out as the region with the largest number of available properties, followed by the Southeast, with 303, and the Northeast, with 300. Properties are fully discharged and free of debt.

This month, the bank is offering free deeds for direct sales purchases with cash payment in transactions conducted through the website seuimovelbb.com.br with completed proposals (with documents) submitted by October 31st, or until the end of the campaign.

The payment of expenses related to powers of attorney, certificates, ITBI (Property Transfer Tax), laudemium fee, postal charges, courier services, fees such as FUNREJUS (Re-equipment Fund of the Judiciary Branch) and the registration of the property with the relevant RGI (Property Registry) are not included in the promotional campaign.

The auctions are held online and brokered by auctioneers Agostinho Leilões, Cravo Leilões, CRleilões, Leiloei.com, Leiloeiro Público, Nordeste Leilões. The complete conditions of purchase are on each auctioneer’s website.
