Blumenau Will Feature Silent Fireworks to Protect Animals and Children with Autism

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - In order to protect pets and children with autism, cities all over the world have been embracing low-noise fireworks at the turn of the year celebrations.

The novelty started in Europe and has already reached Brazil.

Last year Florianópolis set the example, and this year another city in Santa Catarina will promote an inclusive New Year's Eve: Blumenau, in the European Valley of the State.

The city hall assures: despite the silent fireworks, the show will be wonderful, even more beautiful than in previous years.

Hopefully, this will spread to all Brazilian cities . . .
