RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - In a decree published yesterday, the President includes religious temples and lottery houses on this list. As a result, these establishments will be allowed to operate despite the restrictions enforced by state and municipal governments to contain the spread of the new coronavirus in the country.
