RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Surgeon Antonio Luiz Macedo said on Friday (16) that President Jair Bolsonaro should be discharged in the next two days.
Bolsonaro should leave the hospital while on a creamy food diet. After that, he will receive soft food for a while, according to the doctor, and only then he will return to eat solid food normally.
Bolsonaro has been hospitalized at Vila Nova Star Hospital, in the South Zone of São Paulo, since Wednesday night. He was transferred from Brasília to São Paulo after doctors at the Armed Forces Hospital in the federal capital diagnosed him with an intestinal obstruction.
