Survey: Bolsonaro’s Negative Rating Rises to 49 Percent After Moro’s Resignation

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Bolsonaro government's negative rating rose from 42 to 49 percent after the resignation of Minister of Justice and Public Safety, Sérgio Moro, according to the XP Ipespe survey, while the positive rating dropped from 31 to 27 percent.

The two ratings are the highest and lowest in the series, which began in January 2019, according to XP Ipespe.

The survey included 1,000 nationwide interviews on April 28th, 29th and 30th. The error margin is 3.2 percentage points,plus or minus. The preceding survey was released on April 24th, the day Moro . . .
