Brazil Could See Death Toll Double by Sunday and Have Worst Situation in the World

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - According to the London scholars' projection, Brazil now has the worst situation and is having a frightening record of case growth. The estimate is that by next Sunday, the country will have reached over 9,700 deaths.

Despite studies highlighting Brazil's critical state, President Jair Bolsonaro insists on relaxing social isolation.

In addition to encouraging the relaxation of quarantine in order to reopen the economy, Bolsonaro extended the list of activities considered essential last Wednesday, April 29th.
