Brazil will have pecan record harvest this year

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Some 5,000 tons are expected. The harvest has already begun in Rio Grande Sul, which accounts for 80% of national production.

It is time for pecan harvest in Rio Grande do Sul, which concentrates 80% of the nut's production. Brazil is expected to have a record harvest this year, at 5,000 tons.
