President Bolsonaro still in hospital; should start receiving liquid food today

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Admitted for two days in the Vila Nova Star hospital in São Paulo to treat an intestinal obstruction, Brazil's President Jair Bolsonaro will start receiving liquid food this Friday.

There is no discharge forecast, but the evolution of the president's clinical picture is described as satisfactory, according to the latest medical bulletin, released Thursday night (15).

On Thursday the nasogastric tube that had been placed in Bolsonaro was also removed. A new medical bulletin is expected to be released between late morning and mid-afternoon today.
