RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - GetNinjas, which is about to go public, has announced that it will offer its customers, individuals, and companies financial solutions. This should be possible due to a partnership between the company and Banco Pan.
The financial services, such as current account, payment methods, insurance, and credit, will be for self-employed professionals registered on the platform. The information was disclosed in an update of the company's prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
The solution will be offered in an integrated way with GetNinjas marketplace, which has more than 2.1 million registered professionals . . .
