RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Québec International, the economic development body of Quebec province, in Canada, is offering scholarships and jobs to Brazilians who wish to move to the country.
Quebec is one of the Canadian provinces with the lowest unemployment rate, below three percent. In all, the body is offering Brazilians 297 positions in 14 companies in diverse segments of the economy.
In order to attract qualified immigrants, the country hopes to increase the concession of the Permanent Residency (PR) visa to 341,000 people in 2020, and 350,000 in 2021.
