RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - President Jair Bolsonaro said on Monday, September 16th, that Rio city councilman Carlos Bolsonaro (PSL), his son, was right to state in a recent posting on Twitter that, "by democratic means, the transformation that Brazil wants will not happen at the pace we want."
