RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Coca-Cola launched its first alcoholic beverage in Brazil. There are three versions marketed through its subsidiary Schweppes: Vodca&Citrus, Spritz and Gin Tonica.
Prices start at R$7.99 (US$1.99) and the drink has a five percent alcohol content.
Prior to Brazil, the company had only launched one alcoholic drink: in July, Lemon-Do reached Japan, a lemon-flavored grain-fermented sparkling drink.
The new options are carbonated and can already be found at Coca-Cola Brazil's online store, with delivery throughout the country, and at some AMPM stores in Greater . . .
