First Patient Confirmed with Coronavirus in Brazil Is Now Cured

The man, a resident of the capital of São Paulo, contracted the virus during a trip to Italy.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The first confirmed patient with coronavirus in Brazil is cured. He was confirmed with the disease by the Ministry of Health on February 25th.

The 61-year-old man who returned from Italy no longer has the virus.
