Ford, PROCON reach agreement to maintain customer assistance throughout Brazil

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - São Paulo's consumer protection PROCON Foundation and Ford Motor Company Brazil have signed an agreement in which the company commits to maintain consumer assistance in the country, with sales operations, services, technical assistance, spare parts and warranty for its customers.
