In Brazil, 67 Percent of Children Feel Unprotected Against Abuse, Says Study

The survey is a national sample of the worldwide Small Voices, Big Dreams 2019 survey. ChildFund Brasil interviewed 722 boys and girls from eight Brazilian states.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - In Brazil, 67 percent of boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 12 do not feel sufficiently protected against violence, while the world average is 40 percent, according to a ChildFund Brasil study released on Wednesday, October 9th.
