RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - A man was arrested on Saturday, October 3rd, after pouring gasoline on his ex-girlfriend in an attempt to burn her alive in Lago Norte, a wealthy area of the Federal District. The suspect was arrested by the State Police (PM) along with two other friends.
