RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Petrobras announced on Wednesday, February 19th, the readjustment in the price of gasoline. The fuel will become three percent more expensive at their refineries as of Thursday, February 20th, the company announced through its press office.
The prices of diesel fuel have not been adjusted.
As anticipated by Broadcast (the Estado Group's real-time news system), the liter of gasoline climbed R$0.0512 on average.
According to FCStone's Oil and Gas consultant, Thadeu Silva, the readjustment is in line with the exchange rate and commodity rises in the international market . . .
