Petrobras Donates 600,000 Covid-19 Tests to Brazil’s Unified Health System

The material, imported from the US, should reach Brazil in April.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Petrobras announced on Thursday, March 26th, that it is donating 600,000 tests for the diagnosis of the Covid-19 to the Unified Health System (SUS). Imported from the United States, the equipment should reach Brazil in April.

In a relevant fact submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the oil company also announced the establishment of a multidisciplinary group of professionals from its research center (CENPES) to assess and propose solutions in partnership with universities, companies and institutions that can help in the fight against the novel coronavirus . . .
