RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The government of Jair Bolsonaro achieved a 40 percent optimal or good rating in September, points out the Ibope survey conducted by request of the National Confederation of Industry (CNI). Another 29 percent rate the government as average, and 29 percent rate it as bad or terrible.
