Bolsonaro Adamant That Covid-19 Vaccine Will Not Be Compulsory in Brazil

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - President Jair Bolsonaro reiterated on Monday, October 19th, that a potential vaccine against Covid-19 will not be obligatory.
