Bolsonaro Says New Covid-19 Test Was Negative

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Almost three weeks after testing positive for Covid-19, President Jair Bolsonaro said on Saturday, July 25th, that the results of a new test were negative. The announcement was shared on social media.

"RT-PCR for Sars-Cov 2: negative. Good morning everyone", he posted. The President referred to the RT-PCR, which is the main diagnostic test to identify the active presence of the Covid-19 virus in the body.
