Bolsonaro’s New Party Defends God, Weapons, and Opposition to Communism

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The ‘Aliança pelo Brasil‘ (“Alliance for Brazil”) party, which President Jair Bolsonaro is working to get off the ground, was launched on Thursday, November 21st, under a powerful message of respect for God, for religions, and opposition to left-wing movements.

In a crowded auditorium in a luxury hotel in Brasília, attorney Karina Kufa read the party’s fundamentals. “The people have given direction to the new political representation. In 2019, a new step needs to be taken. To create a party that gives a voice to the Brazilian people,” she said.

Karina Kufa stated that this is a conservative party, committed to freedom and order, sovereignty and opposition to the “false promises of globalism”.

The program upholds the following ideals:

• Respect for God and religion;
• Respect for the memory and culture of the Brazilian people;
• Defense of life;
• Guarantee of order and safety.

The program states that the party “recognizes God’s place in the life, history, and soul of the Brazilian people. There is also advocacy for the possession of weapons.

Kufa said that the party “will strive to disclose the truth about crimes by the revolutionary movement, such as communism, globalism, and Nazi-fascism. According to the attorney, the party will establish relations with political groups and bodies of nations that have “defeated communism,” such as those in Eastern Europe.

“The Alliance for Brazil repudiates socialism and communism,” said Karina. The statement was greatly applauded by those present. The audience began to shout: “Our flag will never be red”.

The majority of the PSL deputies, who intend to migrate to the new party, took up the front rows of the auditorium. Some did not get a seat in the first chairs because they came in later. Others were barely able to get in. There were still dozens of supporters outside the auditorium as a result of the crowded room. Only a few journalists had access to the main auditorium.
