Appellate Judge Allows Former President Temer to Fly to England for Lecture

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Judge Antonio Ivan Athié, of the Federal Appeals Court for the Second Region (TRF2), granted an injunction permitting former President Michel Temer to travel to England to speak at the Oxford Union between October 13th and 18th.

Judge Ivan Athié, when clearing Temer for the trip, wrote that on an initial examination, he checked the legal prerequisites for granting the injunction. "One can see the illegal embarrassment . . .
