Manaus Is First State Capital to Restart In-person Classes in School System

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The government of Amazonas announced yesterday the restart of in-person classes of the state public school system in Manaus. Amazonas is the first state in the country to resume classes in public schools and private institutions. According to Governor Wilson Lima, a survey was conducted with parents, students, and teachers about the need to resume in-person classes.
