Prosecutors Demand Breach of Tax, Banking Secrecy of STF Presiding Justice Toffoli

Toffoli's controversial decisions regarding a Flavio Bolsonaro investigation in July and the attempted censorship of the investigative magazines Crusoé and "O Antagonista" in April seem now to catch up with the presiding justice of the Supreme Court.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The National Association of Members of the Public Prosecution Office -- MP Pro-Sociedade -- filed a 39-page accusation with the Prosecutor General's Office seeking the removal of bank and tax secrecy for Presiding Justice Dias Toffoli of Brazil's Federal Supreme Court (STF).

The group of prosecutors alleges illegalities committed by the current president of the Federal Supreme Court in suspending all investigations in the country based on data from Coaf, Brazil . . .
