RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Yesterday, President Jair Bolsonaro published the message that his government will prioritize the completion of unfinished works from past governments before starting new projects.
"Our government wants to complete works that were not finished 10, 20, 30, 40 years ago", he said on Twitter.
