RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - In addition to contaminating thousands of people in Brazil, the coronavirus pandemic has flooded the desks of judges, appellate courts and higher tribunals with lawsuits ranging from the release of prisoners to requests for investigations into President Jair Bolsonaro.
