RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - A survey released on Thursday, November 7th, by the Ministry of Infrastructure's National Secretariat of Civil Aviation, shows that passenger satisfaction with airport infrastructure at the country's 20 largest airports has increased.
Eighty-seven percent of all passengers traveling in Brazil use the terminals.
The survey, conducted between July and September, shows that the average score for airports was 4.42, against 4.36 of the previous survey, conducted between April and May.
