RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The number of suspected cases of infection with the new coronavirus, the Covid-19, has increased from 433 to 488 in Brazil, the Ministry of Health announced in a press conference on Tuesday, March 3rd.

The country still has only two confirmed cases, of a 61 and a 32 year old man, both in São Paulo. Of the suspected reports, 240 have been ruled out. Most of the suspected cases are reported in São Paulo with 130, followed by Rio Grande do Sul with 82, and in Rio de Janeiro with 62.
