Voting intentions for 2022 elections of Lula and Bolsonaro both increase by one percentage point – Datafolha

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – In just over 12 months, Brazil will hold its presidential elections. Datafolha and other polling firms regularly survey the voting intentions for the distant polls, even though these are hardly decisive since 12 months can be an eternity in politics.

A September survey by the Datafolha firm shows the latest voting intention indexes for the 2022 presidential election. Compared to the survey conducted by the institute in July of this year, the race remains stagnant as neither candidate has improved beyond the margin of error.
