With around 135 floors and more than 300 meters tall, the building that intends to win the title of the tallest in Latin America should start being built soon in the city.

The project, by FG Empreendimentos, is in the approval phase at the regulatory agencies and should be presented still this year, with construction expected to start in 2022.

When completed, the launch will ‘unseat’ the current tallest building in Latin America, the ‘Gran Torre Santiago’, in the capital of Chile, which is 300 meters tall.

Currently, the tallest building in Brazil is already in Balneário Camboriú. The One Tower, with 290 meters high and 84 floors, is in an advanced stage of construction and should be delivered in 2022.

The building, also owned by FG, has as a partner the businessman Luciano Hang, from Havan, and had an investment of R$500 (US$93) million.
