Women Hit Streets to Protest Rights, Against Femicide Culture and Bolsonaro

Protests were scheduled in 70 cities against setbacks in the feminist agenda, which is progressing in neighboring countries. Legislation to protect women has progressed in the country but murders have increased.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Women in Brazil have not yet succeeded in crowding the streets to the same extent as their peers in Argentina, Chile, or the United States and Spain, when it comes to fighting for women's rights - or feminists.
