Brazil passes India, becomes country with second-highest cumulative Covid-19 cases

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - On Friday, March 12th, Brazil was once again the country with the second-highest number of Covid-19 cases, according to data from Johns Hopkins University, passing India and second only to the United States.

Brazil has reached the 11,363,380 cases mark, while India registers 11,308,846. The United States counts 29,340,202 cases and holds first place in the ranking.
