He also said Brazil is the country that has acquired the second-most doses of the Pfizer vaccine.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Minister of Health Marcelo Queiroga on Friday, June 11, praised the vaccination capacity of the SUS (National Health System) and the National Immunization Plan (PNI) in an event in São Paulo.

"We have 630 million vaccines contracted and we are assured they will be administered in the National Immunization Plan, an asset of Brazilians. Our 38,000 vaccination rooms are capable of immunizing up to 2.4 million Brazilians every day, which makes our program a pride for Brazilians and an example to the world," he declared during the inauguration of beds in the Guarapiranga . . .
