Brazil has 26% of total population fully immunized against Covid (August 22)

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - In the past 24 hours, 454,160 people were administered the first vaccine dose, according to data collected by the media outlet consortium from health secretariats in 26 states and the Federal District.

Among the over 122 million people vaccinated, 55.06 million are fully immunized against the coronavirus, representing 26.01% of the population. In the past 24 hours, 196,198 people received the booster dose.
