Brazil records 13,645 new cases and 361 Covid deaths (September 7)

According to Statista, the leading German company specializing in market and consumer data, Brazil ranks seventh in Latin America for deaths per million in the last seven days.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Brazil on Tuesday reported 361 new deaths from Covid-19, bringing the total number of fatalities from the disease in the country to 584,171, the Health Ministry said.

There were also 13,645 new coronavirus cases, with the total number of infections in the country advancing to 20,913,578, the folder added.

The federal government still reports 396,761 Covid-19 patients in follow-up.
