RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Brazil on Wednesday reported 800 new deaths from Covid-19, bringing the total number of fatalities from the disease in the country to 588,597, the Health Ministry said.
There were also 14,780 new coronavirus cases, with the total number of infections in the country advancing to 21,034,610, the folder added.
The moving average of daily deaths over the past 14 days reached 532 on Wednesday, compared with a peak of nearly 3,000 in April.
